You’ve inherited the farm out by the woods. The valley will keep you safe. Nothing else will.
“I cannot tell you what waits out there. I can tell you that coming home matters more than looking brave.” Hale, of Havenfall
Half homestead, half heist
Havenfall plays like two games sharing one save. On the farm it’s all yours: till, plant, water, fish the pond, feed the hens, sleep well. But iron doesn’t grow in rows. When you need ore, timber, and monster loot, you walk through the Match Portal into a shared map with up to seven other players, fill your pack, and get out alive. Everything you extract funds a bigger farm, and a bigger farm funds braver raids.

Sow the quiet days
Eleven crops across four 28-day seasons, from three-day Turnips to the twelve-day Ancient Melon. Water to speed growth, let rain do it for you, and plant companions side by side: tomatoes grow faster next to roots and sulk next to other nightshades.
- Strawberries, cranberries, and hot peppers keep fruiting after harvest
- Snow Yams sweeten under the frost, the only crop winter allows
- Apple and peach orchards, wild forage, and a stocked fishing pond
Raise a noisy little kingdom
Ten animals, from 800g chickens to a 3,000g horse. Feed the coop birds and cows by hand to win their affection and their produce upgrades: large eggs, large milk, duck feathers. A boar will snuffle up a 625g truffle every single day.
- Coops and barns in three sizes, built by Carpenter Robin
- A silo feeds everyone automatically while you’re off raiding
- Skip a few days of feed and you will lose them. They’re counting on you.
Build, cook, forge, celebrate
Fifty-seven recipes across the forge, workbench, alchemy bench, and kitchen. Upgrade all six field tools through copper, steel, and gold to iridium. Six festivals a year, from the spring Egg Festival to the Feast of the Winter Star, where the prize is a Stardrop that raises your energy forever.
- A greenhouse ends winter for your crops, permanently
- Quests from seven villagers, letters in the mailbox most mornings
- A global auction house when the grocer’s prices insult you
But the farm can’t grow iron.
Beyond the fence, the wilds wait.
Gear up. Drop in. Get out.
Raids are 30-minute shared maps with up to 8 players, full-loot PvP, and monsters that telegraph their hits and mean them. Gather ore and wood, chase optional objectives, then hold an extraction pad for five long seconds while everything nearby objects.
Extract
Keep every item you carry, plus objective gold and the XP you earned.
Die
Your pack drops where you fell, loot for whoever finds it. XP still comes home.
Either way
Your safe pocket survives. Two slots for everyone, four once you own an Explorer’s Rucksack.
Six ways into the wilds
Every map rolls its own weather, objectives, gathering nodes, and one of two bosses. Extraction pads light up green; the late pads only wake for the final eight minutes.
Also on the roster: Forest Crossroads, a gentler wood for first raids, and Tutorial Grove, where PvP is switched off while you learn.
The locals are not friendly
Thirteen monsters with real habits: pack wolves that share aggro, witches that zone you with poison, a healer that keeps the whole mob standing until you deal with it. Mid-match surges, supply drops, and a once-a-match bloodmoon that makes everything faster and everything richer.
The world runs whether you’re there or not
One shared clock for every player: 28-day seasons, weather that waters your fields, vendor stock that resets each morning, and six festivals a year worth planning around.
